Welcome to New Water Systems, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services through our website located at www.newwatersystem.com (the “Site”).

By using our services or submitting a New Service Agreement, you agree to these Terms.

New Water Systems, Inc. provides water utility services to customers located exclusively within the state of Texas. Each water system operated by us has its own designated service area and documentation, which can be accessed on the respective system’s webpage.

To initiate water service, customers must submit the following documents found under the New Service Section of the applicable system’s webpage:

• New Service Agreement (PDF) 
• Easement Form 
• Contact Information Form 
• Warranty Deed or Lease Agreement (emailed per website instructions)
   

Failure to submit the required documents may delay or prevent the initiation of service.

Billing occurs monthly. Customers are responsible for paying their water utility bill in full by the due date stated on their bill. Payment is accepted via a secure online payment link hosted on our website.

Overpayments will be applied to your account as a credit. Refunds are only issued upon service termination and account reconciliation.

Fees related to late payments and service disconnections are governed by the applicable Tariff for each water system. Customers are encouraged to review the Tariff documents available on each system’s website for complete information on billing procedures, fees, and service rules.

Any account with a credit balance due to overpayment will retain that credit toward future billing periods. Refunds are not provided unless service is terminated and a remaining credit balance exists.

You may use our website solely for lawful purposes related to managing your water utility account or accessing service-related documentation. Any unauthorized use, including attempts to access systems or data without permission, is prohibited.
